Portfolio & Executive Communication: Proven experience owning portfolio-level status reporting and delivering concise, executive-ready narratives that highlight progress, risks, dependencies, and strategic tradeoffs.

Delivery at Scale: Demonstrated success leading large, enterprise-scale programs across global teams, driving measurable impact on platform reliability, scalability, adoption, and revenue.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong ability to align global engineering, product, sales, operations, finance, and legal stakeholders around shared priorities, execution plans, and outcomes.

Risk & Operating Rigor: Track record of establishing delivery standards, operational mechanisms, and risk management frameworks across multi-team initiatives.

How We Get Things Done…

This last bit is probably the most important! Here at WBD, our guiding principles are the core values by which we operate and are central to how we get things done. You can find them at www.wbd.com/guiding-principles/ along with some insights from the team on what they mean and how they show up in their day to day. We hope they resonate with you and look forward to discussing them during your interview.
