What your day-to-day will look like

  • Accompany licensed pest control technician to ensure that the monthly service / inspection of all interior and exterior pest control devices is performed and document the service / inspection on the Pest Control Service Report(s) prior to leaving the site

  • Provide observation form and captured pest(s) to the licensed pest control technician for identification

  • Review and sign the printed Pest Control Service Report within one business day of the service / inspection

  • Ensure licensed pest control technician completes the semi-annul treatment of building exteriors

  • Respond to corrective actions identified with in the program Generate and track work orders to address pest control findings

  • Ensure the location of all permanent pest control devices are identified by a permanent sign

  • Work with Pest Control Service Provider to assess the facility before shutdown activities and audits start

  • Maintain a copy of the Safety Data Sheets (SDS), for each pest control chemical

  • Schedule annual site assessment with Pest Control Service Provider and certified Entomologist to assist with generating reports

  • Standardize ordering of all consumables for the site

  • Assist with Food Services tasks as identified

  • Ensure that the grounds are kept clean and litter free

  • Routinely inspect pest control devices and doors per the Pest Control Program requirements

  • Inspect floors, light fixtures, routinely per good housekeeping

  • Ensure the proper service schedule for waste removal is valid

  • Maintain storm water records from pond subcontractor

  • Sites listed under position will include both Pfizer production sites as well as 3 additional warehouses

  • Support Leadership Team on any additional cost savings determined for all soft service areas

  • Support Soft Service projects and Ad hoc requests for Leadership team

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Other Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or technical certification in facilities management or related field

  • 2-3 years’ experience in facilities management, pest control coordination, or similar role in an industrial or regulated environment

  • Understanding of pest control programs and facility inspection procedures

  • Experience with work order systems and maintaining records

  • Ability to coordinate with vendors and document services

  • 3-5 years in facilities operations, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing or highly regulated industries (GMP/FDA environments)

  • Experience managing vendor contracts and consumables ordering

  • Background in waste management or environmental compliance programs

  • Familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS such as Maximo or SAP)

  • Ability to generate reports and identify cost-saving opportunities 

Work details:

  • Location: Onsite

  • Work Schedule:  Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
