Talent and Organizational Development Program Manager

The Talent and OD Program Manager, Production provides strategy and expertise in instructional design, onboarding, manufacturing operations, and program management. This person digs into the operational process details, provides process consulting, and works with leaders to translate their technical content into user-friendly training for manufacturing leaders and hourly team members to drive performance.  

The program manager will partner with HR partners and business leaders to develop and deploy tools, programs, and content to enable our teams’ performance and growth. Along with bringing the OD, process, and instructional design expertise, this person must be excellent with relationship-building, developing strategies and communications, and executing programs.

• Loves reading SOPs and translating them into engaging, high-impact training with measurable learning outcomes
• Is insatiably curious about operations  
• Is skilled at building relationships and earning key operational stakeholders’ trust 
• Builds thoughtful, achievable rollout plans given operational constraints
• Can recite key learnings about instructional design, test development, and job analyses from their I/O Psychology education
