The opportunity
TechnologyAdvice is looking for a highly motivated Ad Operations Coordinator. Based in the Philippines, this person will be responsible for managing campaign setup & delivery and supporting all aspects of digital advertising for the TechnologyAdvice portfolio of websites. In this role, your mission will be to support the business's editorial and revenue goals by managing campaign performance to help exceed client expectations while prioritizing user experience. Your top priorities will be program setup, QA, delivery & inventory reporting, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do
- Implement and execute all advertising program processes using Google Ad Manager 360, programmatic DSPs & SSPs, Salesforce, and other tools as needed.
- Support revenue optimization initiatives including technical troubleshooting, ad unit opportunity identification, forecasting, yield analysis, and pricing strategies.
- Work with other members of AdOps to provide inventory capacity and campaign optimization recommendations.
- Follow all AdOps workflows and processes, ensuring internal systems and tools are updated and responded to efficiently.
- Monitor performance, improve KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to team leadership.
- Communicate with other internal team members to coordinate campaign launch and success.
- Stay current on ad tech innovations, policy changes, and industry best practices to keep operations competitive.
Who you are
- At least 5 years of experience managing Ad Operations for a publisher. In-house experience preferred, but agency experience acceptable.
- Experience with Google Ad Manager is a requirement.
- Experience with DSPs & SSPs strongly preferred.
- Experience using CRM tools, with Salesforce expertise preferred.
- Excellent time management, planning, and collaboration skills.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort with data analytics and technical website concepts pertaining to website.
- High level of initiative, self-direction, and accountability.
- Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly.
- Strong quality assurance skills.
- Must have a working laptop/pc and internet and back-up connection.
- Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward.
