Job Description

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a strong product management professional to support the delivery and execution of transformational core banking platform initiatives. This role plays a critical part in advancing enterprise-wide modernization efforts, helping to drive large-scale core banking platform conversions that enable future growth, scalability, and improved customer outcomes.

The Delivery Lead will provide leadership across key product and technology milestones, partnering closely with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to drive coordinated execution. This role supports the Core Banking Platform and is integral to a broader, multi-year core banking system transformation, requiring a strong balance of strategic thinking, delivery rigor, and cross-functional collaboration.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery for complex platform development initiatives, with a strong focus on product execution and outcomes

  • Provide insights and recommendations to drive alignment, manage risk, and enable effective execution across parallel epics and integrations

  • Support execution of the area product roadmap and governance, ensuring clear scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics for each epic

  • Partner with delivery teams to support timely decision‑making related to architecture, sequencing, and delivery strategy

  • Proactively identify and escalate delivery impediments to the Program Delivery Lead and Area Product Owners

  • Coordinate co‑suppliers and cross‑functional stakeholders at the right time to ensure aligned execution and consistent outcomes

  • Develop clear, high‑quality executive communications, including delivery status, product materials, risk assessments, and recommendations for senior leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

  • Experience creating executive-ready decks and delivering clear, impactful presentations to senior leadership

  • Experience navigating risk and compliance requirements within product delivery and execution environments

  • Proven project management experience leading complex initiatives across cross‑functional teams

  • Working knowledge of the product development lifecycle, from concept through delivery and ongoing optimization

  • Hands-on experience using JIRA to manage backlogs, track delivery progress, and support execution across Agile teams

Actual salary will depend on location, experience, and qualifications.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
