Job Description

Secure Every Identity, from AI to Human

Identity is the key to unlocking the potential of AI. Okta secures AI by building the trusted, neutral infrastructure that enables organizations to safely embrace this new era. This work requires a relentless drive to solve complex challenges with real-world stakes. We are looking for builders and owners who operate with speed and urgency and execute with excellence.

This is an opportunity to do career-defining work. We're all in on this mission. If you are too, let's talk.

About the Internship:

We are looking for an inquisitive and detail-oriented AI Content Operations Intern to join our team. This is a hands-on role designed for a student interested in the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Content. You will play a vital role in helping us maintain a high-quality, automated content ecosystem by ensuring that our AI tools are performing correctly and our content remains accurate.

As an intern, you will support the "health" of our content by performing essential verification and testing tasks. You will work closely with our team to learn how AI agents are built, how to audit them for accuracy, and how to maintain organizational standards in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone who is comfortable with technology, loves to organize information, and is eager to see how LLMs (Large Language Models) are used in a real business setting.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • AI Agent Testing: Run "test drives" on our AI agents to ensure they are following instructions and flag any instances where the AI goes off-track.
  • Content Verification: Review AI-generated drafts to check for factual accuracy, tone, and formatting, making manual updates where necessary to meet our standards.
  • Content Gap Analysis: Use specialized tools to help identify topics we haven't covered yet and suggest ways to make our existing content more helpful.
  • Audit Assistance: Support our governance process by using AI tools to scan our content library, helping us identify outdated information that needs a refresh.
  • Workflow Maintenance: Help keep our "instruction manuals" (for both humans and AI) up to date as our brand guidelines and technology evolve.
  • Stakeholder Support: Help prepare simple reports or impact summaries to show business partners how our AI content is performing.

Who We are Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027) in, Data Science, Information Management, Library and Information Science, Digital Media, Cognitive Science, or a related field that bridges technology and communication.
  • Experience with AI Prompt Engineering, LLM Familiarity, Data Tooling and Technical Troubleshooting
  • Hyper-detail oriented, Process minded, Analytical thinking
  • Inquisitive Nature, Adaptability, Clear communication
