Community Ambassador / Concierge (계약직)

*업무 내용

Front Desk & Site Operations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact at the reception desk, greeting all employees and guests with genuine hospitality.

  • Manage office cleanliness and presentation, including direct cleaning when necessary, to ensure a consistently pristine and welcoming environment.

  • Handle procurement and inventory for office stationery and pantry supplies, including managing requisitions from other departments and processing related tax invoices and expenses.

  • Provide dedicated administrative support for the Managing Director’s miscellaneous tasks as required.

  • Support the planning and execution of internal community events to enhance employee engagement and workplace fun.

  • Execute ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by manager.

Visitor & Concierge Services

  • Provide a personable and efficient visitor registration process using the client's Visitor Management System (VMS) while ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Enhance facility safety and security by managing visitor access and movement, and executing emergency response plans when necessary.

  • Professionally handle and log all internal and external calls, ensuring accurate and timely transfer to the correct department.

  • Deliver expert concierge services, including managing transportation requests and parking validations for visitors and employees.

  • Courteously handle all ad-hoc requests. If a request cannot be fulfilled directly, proactively assist in finding an alternative solution to ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Provide and serve beverages to visitors, tailored to the situation and guest needs.

Administrative & Facility Support

  • Manage the efficient receipt, logging, and distribution of all mail, parcels, and courier services, promptly notifying recipients.

  • Assist and educate clients on the meeting room booking system to optimize usage and efficiency.

  • Ensure the efficient turnaround of meeting rooms to enhance user comfort and service availability.

  • Maintain and update all reception-related content and procedures on the JLL SharePoint site.

Experience

  • 2-years’ experience in Hospitality and/or Tourism sector or related professional area

  • Prior experience to manage meeting room services is an advantage.

  • Diploma from an accredited institute

 
Task Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Good command of verbal and written English

 
Personal Skills

  • Ability to meet tight schedules and deliver high quality of work

  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills
