About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
We are looking for a leader who knows how to take a complex product and explain its value to the government. You aren't just managing features; you are making sure our product actually succeeds in the real world. You will be the bridge between the team building the technology and the customers using it.
The Role
In this role, you will focus on the "outbound" side of the product. You will spend a lot of time talking to customers, partners and supporting our accounts team. Your job is to make sure we have the right strategy to win government contracts and that our product solves the actual problems agency leaders face every day.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support: Help the sales team close big deals by acting as the product expert. You’ll help explain the "why" behind our tech to government officials.
Market Strategy: Figure out the best way to launch new features. This includes deciding which government agencies to target first and how to price our tools so they are easy to buy.
Sales Support: Help the sales team close big deals by acting as the product expert. You’ll help explain the "why" behind our tech to government officials.
Field Feedback: Listen to what customers are saying and bring those stories back to the tech team. You ensure we are building things people actually want to buy, not just cool tech.
Simple Storytelling: Create clear, simple presentations and guides that show how our AI tools make government work better for regular citizens.
Competitive Intel: Keep an eye on what other companies are doing and make sure our product stays ahead of the curve.
Who You Are
Sales or Consulting Background: You likely have 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role where you had to hit targets and talk to high-level clients.
Great Communicator: You can take a "messy" government problem and explain how our software fixes it in plain English.
Public Sector Knowledge: You understand how government agencies work—you know they move a bit slower, care about security, and have specific rules for buying software.
People Person: You enjoy being in front of customers and helping sales teams feel confident about what they are selling.
Why This Matters
You’ll be helping modernize government services - like making it easier for people to get their benefits or renew a license - by ensuring the right people in government understand and trust our technology.
Unleash Your Potential
When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
