AI Architect

 

Your Mission

As an AI Architect you will define scalable and resilient AI agent architectures while establishing reusable patterns, components, and frameworks to support consistent and efficient development.

 

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant agentic architectures.
• Develop and maintain traceability, monitoring, and evaluation mechanisms for AI systems.
• Implement guardrails and security measures to ensure safe and compliant AI usage.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector search frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Evaluate the feasibility, practicality, and risks associated with AI architectures and workflows.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Deep understanding of agentic architectural patterns and their practical applications in technology and finance.
• Proficiency in agentic orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph or similar).
• Hands-on expertise in Python, with knowledge of both API-first development practices and traditional service-based architecture.
• Experience with traceability, monitoring, and evaluation techniques.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and experience designing cloud-based AI solutions.
• Understanding of AI governance principles and practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
• Fluency in German and English
