PESCM, located in San Rafael, is the only 24/7 veterinary hospital in Marin County, with specialties in Internal Medicine, Surgery, Neurology, Cardiology, Urgent Care, Emergency, Radiology and Critical Care. About the Job: As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for client service as your top priority, including but not limited to:

Welcome our clients in a friendly, helpful and compassionate manner
Keeping clients informed of their pet’s appointment journey from start to finish, from check in to discharge, including collecting records, medical histories, intake information, to creating and delivering estimates, collecting deposits, finalizing invoices, preparing medications and supplies for discharge, and delivering discharge information as appropriate
Prepare and review medical records accurately and completely
Educate and advise clients regarding PESCM's services and practices
Process invoices and payments accurately
Assist with other administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, and emailing
