Shape the Future of Healthcare Quality at UPS

Are you passionate about quality and eager to drive real impact in the healthcare logistics sector? UPS Healthcare is rolling out a next-generation global electronic Quality Management System (eQMS). We’re looking for a Quality Systems Implementation Specialist to help us deliver it successfully across Europe.

In this hybrid Quality + Systems role, you'll bridge the gap between global project teams and local operations, ensuring smooth implementation, training, and support. You'll work across compliance, operations, and technology, helping roll out a system that supports the safe, compliant, and timely movement of life-saving products.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the local point of contact for the eQMS roll-out across Italy

• Coordinate data gathering and process readiness in preparation for go-live

• Deliver and manage system training sessions with regional and local teams

• Serve as a Qualified Trainer and first-line support for users during and after go-live

• Monitor, escalate, and track user issues through appropriate support channels

• Support validation and documentation activities where needed

• Ensure all implementation activities comply with GxP, GDP, and local regulatory standards

• Liaise closely with global project teams, QA, IT, and operations to ensure alignment

Your qualifications & experience

• A degree in Life Sciences, Quality, or a related field (preferred)

• Experience in healthcare, pharma, or logistics environments, especially with quality systems implementation

• Familiarity with eQMS platforms and regulatory frameworks such as GMP, GDP, and GxP

• Fluent Italian and excellent English (spoken and written)

• Strong coordination, training, and communication skills

• Comfortable working independently, but with a collaborative mindset

• Solid MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

• Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, change-driven projects
