As a Growth & Planning Project Manager – Operations, you will lead operational initiatives that support the expansion, efficiency, and overall performance of the EōS Fitness portfolio. Reporting to the Chief of Staff within the Growth & Planning team, you will also work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and the VP, Business Operations to ensure cross-functional operational projects are executed with clarity, consistency, and alignment to organizational priorities. This role partners cross functionally across Growth & Planning, Operations, Sales, Group Fitness, Facilities, Marketing, and Field Leadership to drive execution and operational readiness for key initiatives. 

 

Responsibilities 

Project Leadership & Execution 

  • Lead operations focused projects from discovery through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets. 
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for operational initiatives. 
  • Oversee internal project management systems and workflows, ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and reporting. 
  • Analyze operational outcomes to measure project success, lead post-project reviews, and implement process improvements as needed. 

Cross Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner with Operations, Sales, Group Fitness, Facilities, Marketing, and Field Leadership to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables. 
  • Coordinate cross functional meetings, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and timely progress toward milestones. 
  • Serve as a central point of contact for operational project updates, risk identification, and issue resolution.
