As a Lean Engineer, you will lead and coordinate daily Lean activities, support supply chain functions, develop manufacturing initiatives, and optimize production cycles and footprint. You will leverage your expertise to solve problems, support short‑ and long‑term business objectives, and help build a world‑class, cost‑competitive manufacturing environment.
As an Engineering Professional , you will be responsible for:
Owning and coordinating project control activities globally to ensure consistent execution and functional alignment.
Developing scopes of work, planning schedules, and monitoring engineering activities for customer projects.
Serving as a technical leader and primary interface with Proposal Management, Cost Estimating, Partners, Customers, Product Engineering, Sourcing, and Engineering subcontractors.
Executing routine analyses using established methods and technologies, and contributing to technical developments within project teams.
Supporting the creation of functional specifications and ensuring adherence to global processes.
Collaborating with business unit teams to collect, exchange, and communicate technical information.
Working within a team environment or under guidance to execute routine but complex engineering analyses.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to high‑quality project delivery.
Fuel Your Passion
To be successful in this role, you will:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of engineering/technology experience).
Have experience in engineering, project coordination, or technical project execution.
Demonstrate strong understanding of engineering concepts, methods, and procedures.
Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
Show strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem‑solving capabilities.
Be able to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
