What you will be doing
The Talent Coordinator will report to our Head of Talent and play a critical role in optimizing our recruiting processes, managing our talent acquisition technologies, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates from interview through the onboarding process and working with hiring managers throughout the candidate lifecycle. This individual will be the backbone of our recruiting function, responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of our hiring engine.
Responsibilities
- Process Optimization & Management:
- Analyze, document, and streamline end-to-end recruiting workflows to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance the candidate/hiring manager experience.
- Identify bottlenecks and inconsistencies in the recruitment process and propose innovative solutions.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for the recruiting team and hiring managers.
