About the role:

Enova is seeking a data driven Senior Analyst for the Small Business Direct Marketing team. This Senior Analyst will play a critical role in our growth strategy, focused on acquiring and retaining customers through Direct Mail marketing. In this role, you will drive the success of the Small Business direct mail programs by managing data flows, campaign schedules, and performance reporting. Your work will optimize campaigns, enhance targeting strategies, and collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day execution of Small Business acquisition and portfolio direct mail programs, including data flows, performance reporting, campaign scheduling, and cost tracking.
  • Implement and monitor creative/targeting testing strategies, reporting performance to key stakeholders.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance, recommending growth strategies and identifying data trends to inform decisions.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers, including data and print vendors.
  • Work cross-functionally with departments like BI/DS and marketing analytics to develop and maintain reporting and drive the overall success of programs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing or Business roles (e.g., Strategy, Planning, Operations).
  • Self-starter and problem solver with critical thinking skills to improve processes and campaign performance.
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all campaigns. 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations; proficiency in Excel and visualization tools Microstrategy or Tableau is preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to create, follow, and communicate timelines effectively.
  • Proven ability to communicate, collaborate, and influence across multiple functional teams (e.g., Strategy & Operations, Analytics, Creative Teams, Vendor Partners).
  • Strong presentation skills with a track record of presenting complex ideas and data driven findings to key stakeholders 
  • Creative thinker capable of generating innovative solutions to customer challenges.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SQL.
  • Knowledge of credit bureaus or CRA.
  • Background in financial services.
  • Experience in direct marketing.

Compensation:

The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $56,000-83,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
