The Opportunity at Komodo Health: Team: The Contracts Team is a core function within Komodo Health’s Legal Team, responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts across the organization. We partner closely with Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, Compliance, and Revenue Operations to support revenue generation while managing risk. The team operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on enabling the business to close deals efficiently and effectively. Mission: The Senior Contracts Associate supports the execution of Komodo Health’s contracting function by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of standard commercial agreements. This role focuses on delivering high-quality contract work, partnering with internal stakeholders, and ensuring contracts align with company policies and risk tolerance. The position is critical to maintaining deal velocity while upholding legal and operational standards. |
