The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Field Marketing Associate to support our marketing efforts across the UK and Ireland (UKI) region. This is a fantastic opportunity to accelerate your career in B2B technology marketing, working directly with the extended marketing, sales and broader GTM teams to drive pipeline growth and regional revenue.
The successful candidate will be a vital contributor to a high-impact team, gaining hands-on experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns for a high-growth SaaS company.
What you’ll be doing
As a Field Marketing Associate, you will be crucial in ensuring our regional campaigns run smoothly and successfully. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Lead and assist in the execution of various pipeline creation and acceleration programs in collaboration with the wider UKI Marketing Team
- Help coordinate regional events, ensuring seamless pre-event, at-event, and post-event activities to maximise engagement and response rates.
- Approach all marketing initiatives with a partner-first mindset, looking at how we integrate focus partners into various marketing programs.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
- Track, measure, and analyse the performance of campaigns, contributing insights to post-campaign reports and helping to optimise future strategy.
- Partner with the wider EMEA Marketing Team to define program goals, messaging, and audiences for campaigns.
- Work closely with the Sales Development and Account teams to ensure marketing programs are clearly communicated, sales follow-up is timely, and overall alignment to drive pipeline
What you’ll bring to the role
- Experience in a marketing role, preferably within the technology or B2B sector.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and eager-to-learn attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Understanding of CRM and automation tools such as SalesForce, 6Sense and Marketo
- Experience working with AI tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
