VML Growth Academy – Account Management & Strategy | VML KSA

VML KSA is launching VML Growth Academy — a one-year acceleration experience designed to develop the next generation of Saudi talent in the evolving landscape of AI, creativity, and global transformation under WPP.

This is not a traditional entry-level role.
It is a structured development journey offering hands-on client exposure, cross-functional collaboration, and 4-month rotations across key departments within the agency.

Your Role:

This track blends client leadership with strategic thinking, giving you exposure to both commercial and analytical sides of the agency.

In Account Management, you will:

  • Support day-to-day client communication and coordination

  • Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and campaign rollouts

  • Prepare meeting agendas, status reports, and follow-ups

  • Coordinate between Strategy, Creative, Social, and Production teams

  • Ensure briefs are clear, structured, and aligned with client objectives

  • Support job tracking and internal workflow processes

In Strategy, you will:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis

  • Support audience insight develop
