Position Summary：  
职位描述：

Proficient in mastering the structural principles and maintenance skills of various utility engineering systems in the factory, with solid practical operation capabilities; responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of all public facilities in the factory area, daily inspections, and emergency handling of sudden failures, with rapid response and accurate troubleshooting; strictly abide by the relevant compliance standards of the company and the department; assist the facility supervisor in fully implementing various maintenance plans and management work, and make every effort to ensure the stable, orderly and efficient development of production activities in the factory area.
熟练掌握工厂各类公用工程系统的结构原理与维修保养技巧，具备扎实的实操能力；负责厂区所有公用设施的高效运维、日常巡检及突发故障应急处置，快速响应、精准排查，严格恪守公司及部门相关合规标准，协助设施主管全面落实各项维修维护计划与管理工作，全力保障厂区生产活动平稳、有序、高效开展。

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities：
工作内容和职责：

•    Responsible for the daily maintenance and emergency repair of public facilities in the factory area to ensure the continuous and stable operation of various facilities. The facilities involved include fire-fighting facilities, power distribution facilities, air compressors, central air conditioners, fan coil units, split air conditioners, gas supply systems, waste gas and wastewater treatment systems, supply/exhaust equipment, etc.
•    负责厂区公用设施的日常维护保养、故障应急检修，保障各类设施持续稳定运行。涉及设施包括消防设施、配电设施、空压机、中央空调、风机盘管机、分体空调、气体供给系统、废气废水处理系统、送/排风设备等。
•    Responsible for the full-process follow-up, implementation and closed-loop management of work orders in the facility repair system, ensuring timely response and efficient handling, while properly recording in the work order system.
•    负责设施报修系统工单的全流程跟进、落实与闭环管理，确保响应及时、处理高效，同步做好工单系统记录。
•    Strictly in accordance with the annual maintenance plan, carry out the repair and maintenance work of various facilities and equipment in an orderly manner, and accurately implement various record ledgers.
•    严格依据年度维护保养计划，有序开展各设施设备的维修维保工作，精准落实各项记录台账。
•    Responsible for revising, and archiving SOPs, maintenance records, inspection records, and verification records related to utility systems, cooperating with the quality department to complete various internal and external audits, system confirmation/verification work to ensure compliance with relevant specifications.
•    负责公用工程系统相关SOP、维护记录、巡检记录、验证记录的修订与归档；配合质量部门完成各类内外部审核、系统确认/验证工作，确保符合相关规范。
•    Assist the facility supervisor in advancing the metrological verification work of various instruments, meters, and special equipment (such as pressure vessels, etc.) as planned, cooperate in completing the docking of the verification process and the filing of results, and ensure that the operation of special equipment is compliant and meets production safety requirements.
•    协助设施负责人按计划推进各类仪器仪表、特种设备（如压力容器等）的计量校验工作，配合完成校验流程对接及结果归档，确保特种设备运行合规，符合生产安全要求。
•    Supervise and coordinate property management units to ensure that the maintenance and upkeep work of public facilities under their responsibility is carried out in accordance with the established plan and verify the quality of work and completion results.
•    监督并协调物业单位，确保其负责的公共设施维修维保工作按既定计划落地，核查作业质量与完成效果。
•    Assist the facility supervisor in the full-process supervision of on-site maintenance services and construction renovation projects by facility contractors, strictly control the construction quality, safety specifications and progress, and ensure compliance with company standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
•    协助设施负责人对设施承包商的现场维修维保服务、施工改造项目进行全程监督，严格把控施工质量、安全规范及进度，确保符合公司标准及相关法规要求。
•    Responsible for the full-cycle management of departmental facility spare parts and consumables, including application for purchase, warehousing, inventory checking, issuance, and updating account books, ensuring sufficient supply and compliant control.
•    负责部门设施备件及耗材的全周期管理，包括申购、入库、盘点、领用及台账更新等，保障供应充足且管控合规；
•    Responsible for emergency repair of various facilities (24-hours on call), quickly responding to and handling sudden failures of related facilities to minimize losses of downtime; actively completing other work tasks assigned by the facility supervisor.
•    负责各设施应急抢修（24小时on call），快速响应处理相关设施突发故障，最大限度降低停机损失；积极完成设施负责人交办的其他各项工作任务。

•    Male   25~40 years old
男性    25～40周岁

Education：
教育背景：
•    Technical secondary school education or above, majoring in related fields such as mechatronics, electrical automation, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, etc.
•    中技及以上学历，机电一体化、电气自动化、暖通空调等相关专业；

Work experience and professional skills:
工作经验及专业技能：

    Possess practical skills in the repair and maintenance of facilities and equipment such as water, electricity, gas, and air conditioning, could independently solve faults, and have more than 8 years of work experience in factory affairs repair and maintenance.
    具备水、电、气、空调等设施设备的维修维护技能，有独立解决故障的能力，8年以上厂务维修维护工作经历；
    Priority will be given to those with experience in factory maintenance in the biomedical and pharmaceutical industries, and those with experience in the operation and maintenance of clean air conditioning and HVAC systems.
    有生物医药、制药行业厂务维修经验者优先，有洁净空调暖通系统运维经验优先；
    Must have high and low voltage electrician operation certificates, pressure vessel operation certificates; those with special equipment administrator certificates are preferred.
    具备高、低压电工操作证书，压力容器操作证，特种设备管理员证优先；
    Proficient in operating the facility repair system, with basic office software operation skills.
    能熟练操作设施报修系统，具备基本的办公软件操作能力;
