About the Team
DoorDash Digital Ordering is DoorDash’s first software-as-a-service business unit – offering a suite of services across online ordering, branded mobile apps, loyalty solutions, and more that enable merchants (restaurants, grocers, retailers, etc.) to reach customers through their own first-party channels.
The business is one of the fastest-growing segments within DoorDash, and yet is only scratching the surface of a generational opportunity to better serve hundreds of thousands of merchants across the Americas to help them grow their business and improve working lives in one of the country’s biggest industry sectors.
As a Strategy & Operations leader in this space, the Senior Manager will have the opportunity to help define and lead key strategic bets and initiatives to grow the business. You will work on both nascent, 0->1 bets and opportunities to scale our impact nationwide. Your work will be instrumental to helping transition DoorDash from a consumer marketplace to an industry-leading B2B SaaS company.
About the Role
As a Sr. Manager for DoorDash Drive’s Digital Ordering business, you will play a critical role in building a world-class SaaS business. You will be responsible for either leading new products and shaping our product roadmap, or overseeing our GTM strategy and operations to accelerate growth. The ideal candidate for this role should be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to take ownership and create plans from scratch, and drive execution while obtaining cross-functional buy-in to achieve Digital Ordering’s strategic goals.

- Grow a high-potential offering within a high-growth business
- Build strategies and drive execution across our most important go-to-market priorities, across: inbound lead generation, selection intelligence, rep productivity, and more
- Steer the Digital Ordering product roadmap informed by quantitative analysis and qualitative merchant feedback
- Develop and execute strategies related to how Digital Ordering fits into the broader industry landscape
- Execute product testing and roll-outs on the ground with merchant partners
- Collaborate with stakeholders across DoorDash to align company-wide resources to refine platform capabilities
- Analyze complex data sets paired with partner team feedback to provide insights and recommendations to our leadership
- Manage a team of strategy & operations colleagues

- You have experience in a complex or high-growth environment (high-growth SaaS experience is nice-to-have, but not required)

- You imagine, develop, and execute on workstreams from start to completion with little oversight
- You oscillate easily from strategic considerations to tactical execution
- You are a self-starter who is energized by a difficult problem
- You collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members across the organization
- You represents the DoorDash brand with humility and a customer-first mindset
- 7+ years of relevant experience
