We are looking for a skilled and reliable Kitchen & Laundry Technician to join our Engineering team.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of kitchen and laundry equipment, ensuring smooth daily operations and minimizing downtime. You will also support general MEP systems across the property when required.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic hotel environment where your technical expertise directly contributes to operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an individual who possesses:

- A diploma or technical certification in Electro-Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.

- Solid knowledge of kitchen and laundry equipment (ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers, refrigeration systems).

- Good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.

- Skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.

- Flexibility to support maintenance tasks beyond kitchen and laundry areas.

- Commitment to safety standards and procedures.

- Good communication skills and good team spirit.
