Director of Quality Engineering

The Challenge

At OneTrust, we are evolving our Quality Engineering function from a traditional testing model to a modern quality enablement model. Our goal is to embed quality directly into engineering workflows through automation, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable testing frameworks, allowing teams to ship faster while maintaining high standards of reliability.

We are looking for a leader who has already driven this type of transformation — someone who understands how to move teams from slower, monolithic delivery models toward modern, CI/CD-driven development with strong quality governance and measurable engineering outcomes.

This role will help define what great quality engineering looks like at scale and enable our teams to consistently deliver high-quality products to our customers.
