Those in workforce strategy at PwC will specialise in providing strategic consulting services to help organisations optimise their workforce and talent management strategies. You will work closely with clients to analyse workforce trends, develop workforce planning strategies, and design talent acquisition, development, and retention programmes to align with business objectives and drive organisational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the consulting team in analyzing Indonesia’s labor market conditions, workforce dynamics, and job trends to inform strategic workforce planning and economic analysis.
Assist in conducting economic and labor market research to provide insights that enhance workforce planning, and talent strategy initiatives.
Use statistical tools such as STATA, Excel, or similar software to analyze workforce data, identify trends, and support forecasting and modeling efforts.
Collaborate with consultants to gather, clean, and interpret workforce data including employee engagement, performance metrics, and workforce demographics.
Participate in client meetings and workshops, contributing insights and helping document key findings and action items.
Help prepare presentations, reports, and data visualizations to clearly communicate analyses and recommendations.
Conduct research on industry best practices, emerging workforce trends, and technologies to support project work and team knowledge.
Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at enhancing PwC’s workforce transformation methodologies and consulting services.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Economics, Business, or a related field.
Minimum GPA is 3.50 (out of 4.00)
Strong interest in labor market condition in Indonesia, Region and Global.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Able to use STATA or statistical tools will be plus point.
Able to join for full-time (40 hours a week) for a minimum duration of 6 months.
Added values if you have preferred skills:
Previous internship or work experience in consulting, human resources, or related areas.
Familiarity with workforce analytics and data visualization tools.
Understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
