What you’ll be doing...
In this role, you will provide advance-tiered support when joining our Cloud Platform System Operations team. This includes collaborating with tenants and peer support teams and participating in feedback loops with upstream resources that will shape the company direction. While embracing new technologies in an evolving culture, you will support our cloud strategies.
Communicating with cloud tenants and external customers.
Troubleshooting failures and productivity impacting events.
Identifying opportunities to automate the manual tasks including identification of new features required for automation and enhancing the features that exist to reduce the total VNF onboarding time frame.

This position requires independent thinking and a creative mindset with the ability to leverage automation to eliminate manual processes and provide near real-time visibility into system health and performance. The candidate must be able to identify deficiencies and quickly develop solutions to help improve reliability and add operational efficiencies.
You'll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant experience required in Openstack, Kunernetes, Redhat Openshift experience
Good hands experience in managing the Data center operations , Infrastructure as a service
Experience with Network Transport, SysAdmin responsibilities, and various services supporting OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) such as Advanced Cluster Management (ACM)
Demonstrated ability to develop clear, well-structured Methods of Procedure (MOP) documents.
Experience with scrutinizing and contributing to High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation via group and individual review.
Good experience in Stake holder management , HPE/Dell Server provisioning or troubleshooting, cloud management and aware of automation processes
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A degree in engineering, computer science or related discipline.
Network certifications CCNA, CCP, or equivalent proficiencies.
Experience working with modern configuration management tools such as Puppet and Ansible.
Experience with Linux systems administration, preferably in a virtualized environment.
Strong scripting skills such as Python, Bash, Ruby, and Perl.
