Job Description Summary
The Business Operations Junior Specialist is responsible for first class service contract/warranty process execution and EOSL process execution; data entry into the database for assigned area. The Business Operations Junior Specialist ensures timely and accurate billing of customers for contract and non-contract services, quality and integrity of the customer contracts, accuracy, correctness, and up-to-date completeness of the operational mechanism processes. Business Operations Junior Specialist acts as liaison/partner with Service Sales, Commercial Operations, Service Delivery, Field Service and Customers to meet commitments and resolve issues related to contract and warranty administration. This entry‑level role is part of our Early Career Trainee Program and is ideal for recent graduates who want hands‑on experience and a strong start in business operations within a global company.
You’ll learn how contracts are managed from signing through to final completion, with full training and team support.
What you’ll do:
Support end‑to‑end fulfilment of contract obligations, from contract signing to final closure
Enter and maintain contract and warranty data in company systems
Help manage operational workflows to ensure contracts are delivered accurately and on time
Support billing processes for contract and non‑contract services
Prepare, organize, and archive service and closing documentation
Support service correspondence and other operational tasks
Who we’re looking for:
Recent graduates or candidates starting their professional journey
Completed higher education
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis
Experience working with Power BI or other basic reporting / visualization tools
English at intermediate level or higher
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Motivated, curious, and eager to learn
