Meet the team:

Welcome to IT Team at Dexcom Malaysia. You are someone that interface between IT Agile Teams and Dexcom corporate and business stakeholders to execute the technology strategy for assigned projects. The role will serve as member of the IT Scrum of Scrums and facilitate the coordination of Agile execution and practices across multiple IT Agile Teams.

Where you come in:

• You will oversee the Scrum process and provide guidance to Agile teams to ensure adherence to Scrum principles.

• You lead Agile teams and apply Scrum practices to deliver measurable business value.

• You facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coordinate with management as needed to ensure alignment and transparency.

• You drive continuous process improvement through effective use of Agile tools such as JIRA for work tracking and reporting.

• You integrate with project, technology, and business partners to manage initiatives, proactively gather status updates, and minimize delivery impact.

• You support Product Owners with short- and long-term release planning, backlog health, and readiness for execution.

• You coordinate and provide facilitation and leadership across multiple distributed Agile teams.

What makes you successful:

• You have a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification with 1–3 years of experience working in an Agile environment.

• You have experience assisting teams and organizations transitioning from a historically waterfall approach to Scrum adoption.

• You bring knowledge and experience with widely adopted Agile techniques, including User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pair Programming, Automated Testing, and Agile Games.

• You have experience assessing Scrum maturity across teams and organizations and coaching them toward higher levels of maturity at a sustainable and comfortable pace.

• You have experience managing interdependencies across multiple Agile teams.

• You bring experience in one or more functional areas such as manufacturing or production applications and processes, enterprise integration, or infrastructure projects, which is considered a plus.

• You have knowledge of other Agile approaches, including XP and Kanban.

• You have experience with DevOps methodologies and execution practices.

• You bring additional project management certifications, which are considered an advantage.

• You are familiar with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Atlassian applications, and Confluence.

• You bring excellent communication skills, a strong servant leadership mindset, and effective conflict-resolution abilities.
