Job Description

itD is seeking a Partner Program Manager to drive partner engagement and execute programs that strengthen partner relationships and improve overall program performance. This role ensures smooth partner operations, delivers well-run events, and maintains a consistent, high-quality partner experience. The ideal candidate brings experience in partner management, program operations, and event execution, along with a track record of improving engagement and driving participation.

Location: Remote (Washington State)

Pay Rate: $70,000–$72,000 annually, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage partner communications by responding to inquiries related to workshops, registrations, and program participation in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze event and program data to identify trends, surface insights, and follow up with partners to drive alignment with best practices
  • Support partner lifecycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, retention, and ongoing engagement
  • Conduct regular partner check-ins and reviews to assess performance, address challenges, and identify growth opportunities
  • Plan and coordinate workshops and partner events based on program priorities, adjusting formats and content as needed
  • Develop and deliver presentations, including office hours and enablement sessions, to educate and engage partners
  • Execute quality assurance across events, templates, tools, and processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness
  • Maintain and update partner-facing and internal resources to ensure accuracy and usability

Internal Responsibilities

  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
  • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities
