  • Minimum 4 years’ experience servicing independent financial advisers
  • Proven ability to drive production and influence IFA behaviour
  • Leadership capability — with a track record of developing others
  • Strong credibility in the market
  • Relevant qualification (B.Comm / CFP® advantageous)
