Senior Brand Manager – CMH, Türkiye
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Role Overview
Conduct and use strategic market analysis to drive better decisions about the brand. Develop brand strategy and lead life-cycle planning. Own the development and execution of yearly customer plans. Build strong relationships with internal functions and external stakeholders to successfully execute marketing solutions. Be an expert in the related therapeutic area and act as a leader within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Customer Planning: Support the development of local strategic customer and commercial plans (strategy, tactics, budget, and product forecasts) in alignment with global marketing strategies.
- Marketing Execution & Performance Tracking: Assist in testing, monitoring, and evaluating marketing tactics. Contribute to adjustments of plans based on field feedback and performance data.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Medical, and Corporate Affairs teams to support brand objectives and ensure alignment between field activities and marketing programs.
- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Support the development of relationships with key Thought-Leaders, patient support groups, and healthcare organizations in relevant therapeutic areas.
- Market Research & Insights: Contribute to the design and analysis of market research projects to assess customer attitudes toward current products and new introductions.
- New Product Planning Support: Provide field-based insights to support the New Product Planning department on launch strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4-5 years' experience in Brand Management preferably in pharma industry
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Taking Initiative

- Planning, Organization and execution capabilities
- Transforms data into brand impact using AI‑driven insights
- X functional Teamwork (Agility and Flexible working in diverse environment)
- Military service should be completed for male candidates
- Ability to travel
- Follow up ability – to be sensitive to the urgency and responsibility
- Providing alternative insights on business issues
- First class communication skills, being proactive and demonstrating a positive attitude at all times
Preferred:
- MBA or MSc in marketing related field
