Civil Registry Team Leader

What success looks like in this role:

• Onsite supervision of Civil Registry Associates
• Personnel Performance Monitoring and Evaluation
• Monitoring of attendance and KPI’s 
• Preparation and Submission of Required Operations Reports 
• Escalation/communication of civil registry operations issues with respective Regional Operations Lead

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Leadership skills and has demonstrated ability to  exceptionally lead and motivate others positively
• Has demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking when solving problems
• Ability to communicate effectively and a great team player
• Organizational and time management skills
• In – depth knowledge of performance metrics
• Ability to work through stressful situations in a professional manner
• Ability to complete other duties as assigned by the regional operations lead
• Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
