About the role:
As a Sales Solution Consultant - PreSales, you’ll utilize your in-depth product knowledge to help sales staff uncover requirements and recommend solutions. Your unique expertise will help us advance the way the world pays, banks and invests, while you advance your own career with a growing, global organization.
What You'll Be Doing:
Partner closely with sales executives to support and close complex business opportunities within the Enterprise Payments and money movement domain
Configure and deliver compelling, customer‑centric demonstrations of FIS Payment Hub solutions
Develop a deep understanding of customers’ business models, operating structures, challenges, and requirements, particularly in the context of real‑time and cross‑border payments
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Product Management, Implementation, Marketing, and Development to ensure solution alignment and customer success
Create, maintain, and enhance sales and product collateral to support sales pursuits, including presentations, documentation, guides, and training materials focused on enterprise payments use cases
What You'll Need:
Experience supporting enterprise payment solutions, with exposure to real‑time and cross‑border payment flows within an Enterprise Payments or Payment Hub environment
Strong understanding of real‑time, domestic, and cross‑border payment processing, including payment orchestration and multi‑rail architectures
Proven ability to translate complex payment requirements into clear, compelling solution designs and demonstrations for clients and internal stakeholders
Confidence engaging with commercial banking and payments teams, partnering effectively with sales and cross‑functional delivery groups
Strong communication and presentation skills, with a consultative, customer‑focused approach
