Oracle Fusion SPM Developer

Title/Position: Oracle Fusion SPM Reporting and Oracle Fusion Service Request Developer

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India 

Summary: As a Reporting Developer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining reporting solutions using Oracle Fusion SPM. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver effective data solutions that support business objectives. 

How You Will Do It: 

• Design and develop reporting solutions using Oracle Fusion SPM and Callidus tools to meet business requirements. 

• Work closely with business analysts and end-users to gather reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications. 

• Utilize SQL and other data querying tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources. 

• Build and maintain reports, dashboard and widgets using Oracle Fusion BI Publisher. Oracle Fusion OTBI reports and SAP Callidus Reports 

• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of reporting data and troubleshoot any discrepancies. 

• Provide training and support to users on reporting tools and processes. 

• Stay updated on new reporting technologies and best practices to enhance reporting capabilities. 

What We Look For: 

• Required: 

• 3+ years of experience in reporting development using Oracle Fusion SPM and Callidus tools such as Oracle Fusion BI Publisher. Oracle Fusion OTBI reports, Oracle Fusion Service Request.

• Proficient in SQL and data analysis. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 

Preferred: 

• Experience with other reporting tools and data visualization platforms. 

• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts. 

• Knowledge of business process management and performance metrics.
