Facilities (O&M) Engineer (동탄 근무)

[담당업무]

고객사 관리

• 고객의 기대에 부응하는 우수한 고객 서비스 제공

• 고객사Workplace 전반에 대한 정기점검 및 유지보수  

구매 및 협력업체 관리

• 작업 시 고객사 기준을 준수하여 계약업체들의 현장 관리(업체작업에 대한 점검 포함)

• 공사 시 관리감독자로 공사진행과 안전관리

• 협력업체 및 서비스 조달 지원 및 계약 관리

• 협력업체 발굴 및 평가

현장 운영 관리

• 사이트 내 시설 유지를 위한 정기적인 현장 점검 및 평가 수행

• 삼성 Account 사이트의 FSR (Facility Service Request) 지원

• 평택 사이트의 유틸리티 시설물 유지보수 및 관리 (HVAC, Comp., Chiller, 전기시설 등)

• 유지보수, 정기점검, 법정검사 등의 수행 보고서 및 문서 관리

• 시설점검 및 Facility 작업을 위한 업체의 현장 방문 시 에스코트 지원

리스크 관리

• 자산 위험 관리 프로그램의 실행 및 관리 지원

• 재해 복구 및 비즈니스 연속성 계획의 실행 및 모니터링 지원

• JLL의 기준, 절차 및 전략을 이행하기 위한 JLL 행동강령 준수

• 사무실 업무공간 내 소방시설 관리

[직무 요구사항]

• 운전면허 및 차량소지자 필수

• 전기/기계/건축/인테리어관련 학위 혹은 산업기사 이상 자격 하나 필수

• 기계설비 또는 시설물 관리 경력 우대

• SAP, ERP등 회사 운영시스템에 경험자 우대 (필수 아님)

• 영어 활용능력(Speaking & Writing) 우대(필수 아님)

• MS Office 활용능력 우수자 우대 (필수 아님)

• CAD 가능자 우대(필수 아님)
