  • Establish standardized inspection procedures, documentation practices, and data management systems

  • Support root cause investigations related to dimensional, tolerance, and manufacturing discrepancies

  • Represent inspection and metrology in design reviews, build reviews, and production readiness reviews

  • Drive continuous improvement in inspection efficiency, quality metrics, and production throughput

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field, or equivalent industry experience

  • 7+ years of experience in dimensional inspection, metrology, or manufacturing quality within a precision hardware environment

  • Strong proficiency interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T

  • Experience operating and/or programming CMMs

  • Hands-on experience with precision measurement tools and inspection equipment

  • Experience developing and managing calibration systems and tooling control programs

  • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
