Job Description

Gartner is seeking a transformative leader to serve as Managing Vice President (MVP), Enterprise Publishing Modernization. The Opportunity:

As the strategic owner of Gartner’s enterprise publishing transformation, you will have the mandate to disrupt legacy models, set bold new standards, and position Gartner as the industry benchmark for content innovation, authority, and client engagement. You will lead the charge in redefining how insights, data, and branded assets are conceived, produced, and experienced—across every digital touchpoint and client interaction.

What You’ll Lead:

  • Visionary Content Transformation: Integrate and inspire four high-performing teams—Editorial & Production, Multimedia & Graphics, Templates & Voice, and Content Maintenance—into a unified, agile powerhouse that sets the pace for the industry.
  • AI-Driven Modernization: Pioneer the adoption of AI-enabled publishing frameworks, leveraging advanced language models and structured authoring to accelerate content creation, elevate quality, and scale innovation across all formats—written, visual, and multimedia.
  • Market-Led Strategy: Define and execute a forward-thinking publishing roadmap, grounded in market intelligence, competitive insights, and a deep understanding of emerging content ecosystems.
  • Enterprise Change Leadership: Serve as a catalyst for enterprise-wide transformation, partnering with senior executives to drive new standards, behaviors, and mindsets—ensuring Gartner’s content is delivered with unprecedented speed, clarity, and impact.
  • Client-Centric Delivery: Operate at the nexus of insight creation and client experience, ensuring Gartner’s thought leadership flows seamlessly and powerfully through all digital channels to maximize influence, engagement, and retention.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 226,000 USD - 283,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
