About the Opportunity

The Trading Service team is the backbone of our exchange's industry-leading trading product, which is utilized by millions of users. We are responsible for the core order and position management systems, enabling a full spectrum of trading products, including manual, automatic, and social trading, as well as brokerage services. Our platform supports diverse financial instruments such as spot, margin, futures, options, and perpetuals.

Join our high-performing Trading Service team as a Staff Software Engineer, a pivotal individual contributor role focused on building and enhancing our cutting-edge, ultra-low latency trading platform. With 7-8 years of experience, you deliver exceptional solutions, mentors others, and influences significant technical decisions. You'll tackle some of the most complex challenges in distributed systems, high-performance computing, and financial technology, ensuring our platform remains industry-leading for millions of users.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the technical design and implement high-impact features for critical trading components
Optimize and resolve performance bottlenecks across the trading architecture, applying advanced low-latency and high-throughput Java techniques
Contribute significantly to the architectural roadmap for core platform services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability
Own and solve highly complex, ambiguous technical challenges, breaking them down into manageable solutions
Implement robust monitoring and incident response strategies, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure continuous system reliability
