About you:

The successful candidate will be an experienced Senior Strategy Analyst with strong knowledge of the Health Insurance industry and 5+ years of experience supporting strategic technology programs.

Specifically, you will bring:

• A solid understanding of system design, data and analytics, and modern software engineering practices

• Extensive experience working with cross‑functional delivery teams in a scaled Agile environment

• Strong communication skills, with a high degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to influence stakeholders and manage expectations effectively

• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities

• Proven experience in business case development, with a strong focus on prioritization and value creation

Key Responsibilities:

As a Strategic Planning Senior Analyst, you will support strategic assessments by generating insights and structured analysis that informs the identification of strategic solutions and roadmaps. These assessments aim to establish a clear understanding of the organization’s current state, identify key challenges and opportunities, and shape strategies aligned to defined objectives.

Specifically, you will:

• Support and, where appropriate, facilitate strategic assessments and working sessions

• Contribute to data analysis and insight generation to enable data‑driven decision‑making

• Identify and document key business drivers, constraints, and strategic priorities

• Support the identification of risks and issues, and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, under the guidance of the Strategy Lead, to gather information and inform recommendations

• Prepare reports, status updates, and communications to provide transparency on progress and key outcomes

• Support the development of presentations and materials outlining findings, insights, and strategic options for stakeholders

• Take ownership of clearly scoped assessments aligned to specific objectives and outcomes

• Stay current on digital and emerging technology trends, including AI, to support ongoing competitiveness
