The Opportunity 

As Director of Organizational Performance in the People Development & Performance team, you will be partnering with senior leaders across Agoda to drive programs and initiatives aimed at strengthening and evolving how we measure and assess organizational effectiveness, and drive interrelated performance management and adjacent talent management platforms and processes such as talent identification, succession planning, and more. Design and implementation of programs will require close partnership across the People Team and project teams in each department. You will have the opportunity to help shape Agoda’s organizational and performance management strategies globally to support achieving our vision and multi-year strategy.

In This Role, You'll Get To 

  • Closely partner with senior departmental leaders and senior business partners and colleagues in the People Team (e.g., HRBPs, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, etc.) to understand business strategy and current organizational context to identify and address opportunities to develop a high performing culture in their teams
  • Manage platforms and cycles for performance calibration, talent review, performance review and succession planning across the company
  • Analyze performance, org structure/complexity, and talent movement data to identify issues and recommend practical improvements to talent processes for rapid implementation
  • Lead and develop a team (both directly and on project basis) to deliver platforms and programs on an all-Agoda and priority departmental program basis
  • Ably represent People Team in Agoda leadership forums, and represents Agoda in interactions with related brand companies in people-related topics aimed at sharing and learning best practices, harmonizing policies where appropriate such as inter-brand transfer
  • Mentor and develop other professionals in a maturing People function
  • Translate people analytics into clear updates for stakeholders, shaping strategy and measuring program impact (e.g., exit drivers, retention, engagement, and performance-management trends)
