• Be accountable for all your deliverables without compromising quality.
• Ensure proper self-review done prior to handing over work for reviews.
• Ensure comply with all controls objectives and processes.
• Prepare timely and accurate Net Assets Values, distributions, capital calls, redemptions and other fund accounting outputs.
• Prepare capital calls, distributions, redemptions, payment instructions and various ad hoc reporting for diverse investment portfolios.
• Produce management, interim, liquidating and audited accounts and ensured accurate fund records through reconciliations, expense accruals and reporting.
• Review of files, statements and records prepared to assist the audits of financial statements.
• Training, coaching of junior staffs.
• Is the main point of contact for several important client, having direct liaison with them instead of passing through location.
• Reporting directly to Client and Investment Managers, liaising and assisting auditors and any other internal and external parties necessary to prepare, approve, and issue reports /financial statements of private companies and funds.
• Involve in SSAE 18 audit fieldwork, liaising with other offices for all the internal audit requests and ensure compliance with controls and procedures.
• Review of NAV of different types of Funds (Master Feeder structure, Fund of Fund, Holding companies, SPVs, etc.) for different locations based on required frequency.
