Pre-Distribution Coordinator

We are recruiting a Pre‑Distribution Coordinator to support the set‑up, coordination, and documentation of clinical trial supplies. This role plays a key part in ensuring pharmaceutical products are accurately prepared, approved, and ready for shipment in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will manage order processing, shipping documentation, and system updates to support the reliable and compliant supply of clinical trial materials.

The Role

• Process and manage clinical trial orders in JDE (JD Edwards), including corrections and cancellations

• Maintain trial workflows, queues, and address data in fusion Connect and related systems

• Prepare and review shipping documentation including invoices, air waybills, import licences, and Master Checklists

• Maintain accurate shipment logs covering approvals, scheduling, and dispatch

• Coordinate with couriers to arrange appropriate shipping solutions and support pre‑approval communication

• Support study set‑up activities, continuous improvement initiatives, and other ad‑hoc administrative duties

The Candidate

• Minimum O Levels or equivalent

• Ideally 2 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical, clinical supply, or logistics environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes

• Comfortable working with computer systems and documentation

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work effectively with multiple departments in a regulated environment
