Job Description

ICONIQ is seeking a high-performing recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team with a focus on direct sourcing. This role is responsible for proactively building and maintaining pipelines of top-tier talent across key business areas while aligning deeply with hiring managers and commercial priorities. This role is best suited for an experienced recruiter who thrives on driving sourcing strategies for complex and high-impact roles, and who can balance execution with stakeholder influence. You will be a key contributor to ICONIQ’s talent strategy by delivering exceptional candidate experiences, reducing external agency reliance, and helping build high-performing, inclusive teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand business and talent needs, hiring priorities, and organizational goals.
  • Execute direct sourcing strategies for high-impact roles, across wealth management, investment, business development and operational positions.
  • Design and deliver custom research and outreach campaigns that reflect ICONIQ’s values and talent brand.
  • Leverage sourcing tools, techniques, and platforms to attract passive talent, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, and referrals.
  • Analyze and share market trends, competitor insights, and candidate expectations to influence recruiting decisions.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time candidate data and sourcing metrics to inform continuous improvement and ensure visibility.
  • Coach hiring teams on sourcing strategies, market dynamics, and best practices for structured, inclusive interviewing.
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition KPIs through candidate pipeline management and proactive sourcing.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably within Wealth Management.
  • Demonstrated success aligning sourcing strategies with business priorities in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, CRM/ATS platforms, and talent intelligence tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor messaging and build trust with diverse audiences.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how to position opportunities competitively within the market.
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities with precision.
  • Comfortable providing strategic input to stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions with data and insight.
  • Detail-oriented and operationally disciplined, with a commitment to process integrity and a high standard of execution.

What We Offer

  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance starting on your first day of employment.
  • Life and disability insurance coverage as well as family and wellness benefits including mental health benefits, fertility benefits, and back-up childcare.
  • A matching 401(k) program.
  • Commuter Benefits program.
  • Stipends to support wellness and hybrid working arrangements.
  • We support employees who wish to pursue professional designations/certifications and offer tuition reimbursement in addition to an allocation for books and other supplies needed for an individual's coursework.
  • Smart-casual dress code.
