About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a seeking a Senior Lead Technology Business Consultant in CT LOB


In this role, you will:

  • Work as an advisor to more experienced leadership to influence technology matters to develop programs that are effective and efficient for highly complex business and technical needs across one or more lines of business
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in depth evaluation across multiple lines of business or the enterprise
  • Deliver solutions that are long term, large scale, and which require understanding of organizational goals or priorities and technology to develop executable strategies and plans
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions related to technology matters that are large scale, cross functional, or companywide
  • Engage with the technology team and more experienced leaders to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business and for execution of operational processes


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Work as an advisor to Consumer Tech Leadership and partners to conduct analysis on labor trends, actions, and processes to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Lead financial planning and forecasting processes for technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and budgetary constraints
  • Drive transparency and accountability through regular reporting on financial health, capacity utilization, and investment performance
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in depth evaluation across multiple lines of business or the enterprise
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts in financial and capacity management processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.
  • Implement governance frameworks to ensure compliance with financial policies, cost controls, and capacity thresholds.This new hire should bring experience in the Technology space with demonstrated analytical skills and financial acumen. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing resources, interpreting complex data, and aligning financial and operational decisions to drive efficiency and business outcomes.


Job Expectations:

  • Sourcing this role with strong analytical, financial, and resource management skills is essential to ensuring high‑quality outcomes. The position will play a key role in translating data into actionable insights, managing financial impacts, and coordinating resources to support both short‑term execution and long‑term strategic goals.
  • The position also calls for hands‑on experience with visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Cognos) and the ability to efficiently extract and analyze data. Success in this role
