We are seeking a Distributor Account Manager UKIN to support and execute our UK, Ireland & Nordic's distribution and reseller channel activity within the MedTech/Healthcare market. Reporting to the Head of Channel Sales, this role will focus on managing partner performance, driving revenue through existing channel, and supporting the delivery of channel programs and go‑to‑market initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Sales Execution

  • Implement agreed UKIN channel sales plans in line with overall commercial strategy.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective management of distributor and reseller partners.
  • Support the assessment and rollout of new go‑to‑market initiatives from a channel execution perspective.

Partner Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary day‑to‑day commercial contact for assigned channel partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships to maximise sales performance and partner engagement.
  • Support partner onboarding, contracting, and ongoing commercial discussions.

Partner Enablement & Programs

  • Support the implementation of partner programs, incentives, and enablement initiatives.
  • Coordinate training, sales tools, and materials to help partners effectively position and sell products.
  • Work with marketing on joint partner campaigns and local demand‑generation activities.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track and manage partner pipeline, forecasts, and sales performance using CRM tools.
  • Identify risks and opportunities within the partner network and recommend actions.

Market & Competitive Insight

  • Gather insights from partners and customers on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the UKIN region.
  • Feed insights back into channel improvement efforts and long-term planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4–7 years’ experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or partner management.
  • Experience working with distributors or resellers in MedTech, Healthcare, or another regulated B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver revenue and pipeline growth via indirect sales channels.

  • Channel & Partner Management: Strong capability in managing and influencing partner performance without authority.
  • Sales Execution: Results‑focused, with experience managing pipeline and forecasts.
  • Relationship Building: Confident engaging with external partners and internal team members.
  • Commercial Acumen: Comfortable with deal support, commercial discussions, and performance analysis.
  • CRM & Reporting: Experience using CRM systems and sales data to manage performance.
  • Adaptability: Able to operate effectively in a growing and evolving commercial environment.
