Your New Role

スタジオツアー東京内にある世界最大級のハリー・ポッターショップにて、1,500点以上にも及ぶ商品を販売していただきます。
ツアーに参加するビジター（お客様）に対して、商品を通じて特別な「体験」を提供してください。

Your Role Accountabilities

• 接客

• レジ・金銭管理

• 品出し・在庫管理

• ローブや杖などの名入れ・名入れ機器の管理

• アルバイトや新規社員の育成

• 人員管理

• 店舗運営業務全般

Qualifications & Experience

• ハリー・ポッターやスタジオツアーに関する興味や知識がある方

• 接客経験のある方

• 正社員での勤務経験がある方

• 人と話すことが好きな方や、チームで何かを成し遂げることが好きな方

• 英語などの他言語でのコミュニケーション能力のある方

労働条件

• 雇用形態：正社員

• 試用期間：6ヶ月（同条件）

• 給与：年俸3,400,008円、月給283,334円（年俸12分割）※別途残業代支給

• 勤務地：ワーナー ブラザース スタジオツアー東京 – メイキング・オブ・ハリー・ポッター　〒179-0074 東京都練馬区春日町1-1-7

勤務形態

• 1か月単位の変形労働時間制（週37.5時間が目安／最大週40時間）

• 7:00~23:00の間でシフト勤務

• シフト作成は1か月ごと

• 土日祝、繁忙期（年末年始、ゴールデンウィーク、お盆）勤務あり

• 休憩時間を除き一日中、立ち仕事、軽作業、屋外での作業となる場合あり

• 業務外疾病休暇（シックリーブ）10日
