Meet the team behind this journey

Before we begin to tell you about the role, you must be able to speak German. Any candidates who don't highlight their German speaking skills on their CV will be rejected.

The successful candidate will join our Technical Solutions Management team as a technical integration specialist supporting enterprise customers implementing the DeepL platform. This is a highly technical, customer-facing role suited to candidates with a background in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical implementation.

You will work directly with customers’ technical teams to design and support integrations with the DeepL platform, including configuring SSO authentication frameworks, working with REST APIs, and troubleshooting complex technical deployments. The role sits within our Customer organisation but operates at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer teams.

You will partner closely with Customer Success and Onboarding teams to resolve complex technical challenges during customer implementations and expansions. Each engagement may involve configuring authentication systems, debugging API integrations, or advising customers on how to embed DeepL within their existing technical architecture.

Your responsibilities

  • Be the trusted technical advisor to prospects and clients, consulting with them on their strategic vision with the DeepL solution

  • Translating business requirements into technical solutions, and translating complex technical concepts into simple language

  • Troubleshoot challenges that customers experience as they set up their systems

  • Support the technical relationship with our customers to drive confidence and satisfaction by delivering technical information and recommendations

  • Develop, manage and deliver tools, collateral and an enablement approach (in collaboration with Product Marketing and Enablement) to ensure that the Customer team maintain their technical knowledge, allowing us to provide an effective and scalable support model to the Customer organisation

  • Good understanding of what functionalities and capabilities customers will need in the future, and bring this feedback to the product tea
