Job Description

What success looks like in this role:

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Engineer who is passionate about building beautiful, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces for modern digital products. In this role, you will combine design thinking with frontend engineering to create seamless experiences across desktop, web, and mobile platforms.

You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to transform complex requirements into elegant user experiences while helping define the next generation of interface architecture and design systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop modern, high-quality user interfaces for web, desktop, and mobile applications.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models, then translate them into production-ready front-end code.

  • Help build and evolve scalable design systems to ensure consistency across products.

  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver user-centered solutions.

  • Lead efforts to establish next-generation front-end architecture enabling faster UI development.

  • Ensure consistency in visual language, UI components, and interactions across the ecosystem.

  • Conduct code and design reviews and mentor team members on UX and frontend best practices.

  • Stay current with emerging UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies and evaluate new approaches.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design and frontend engineering (with senior or lead experience preferred).

  • Strong expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, wireframing, and prototyping.

  • Advanced frontend development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks).

  • Experience building and maintaining design systems and scalable UI components.

  • Strong understanding of responsive and cross-platform design.

  • Ability to communicate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or similar (or equivalent experience).

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating impactful, user-centered digital products.
