Position Summary
Drives the successful execution of strategic initiatives within the organization by collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure their effective implementation.
- Creates thorough analysis of strategic initiatives, assessing feasibility, resource requirements, and potential risks.
- Handles the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Advises on strategic insights and recommendations to support decision-making and ensure strategic alignment across the organization.
- Develops change management strategies to drive successful adoption and integration of strategic initiatives.
- Identifies potential barriers to change and develop plans to overcome resistance, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Coaches stakeholders throughout the change process, addressing concerns and fostering a positive change culture.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including executives, department heads, and project managers, to ensure effective coordination and integration of strategic initiatives.
- Advises on opportunities for process improvement, streamline workflows, and implement tools or methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness, and ensure effective execution of solution strategies
- Evaluates the success and impact of solution strategies, gathers feedback, analyzes performance metrics, and makes data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Extracts knowledge and insights from data in order to investigate complex business problems through a range of data preparation, modeling, analysis and/or visualization techniques
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years work experience
- Demonstrated experience successfully implementing change in complex organizations
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Adept at business intelligence
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork
- Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills
- Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Preferred Qualifications
- ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP)
- Modern product management or implementation experience
- Adept at business intelligence including relevant tools
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills
- Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$118,450.00 - $236,900.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
