The Executive Bridge program is a high-visibility initiative designed to strengthen executive engagement, improve cross-functional alignment, and create more strategic connection points between Socure’s leadership team, customers, and key internal stakeholders. The program plays an important role in ensuring executive interactions are thoughtful, well-prepared, and aligned to business priorities.

About the role
The Program Lead, Executive Bridge is responsible for owning and elevating Socure’s Executive Bridge program. This is a high-visibility, high-trust role that works closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners to ensure the program is strategically aligned, operationally strong, and executed with precision.
This individual will lead program planning, executive communications, stakeholder coordination, and select executive and customer-facing event support. The role requires someone who can operate confidently in executive settings, manage complex initiatives across multiple teams, and bring exceptional attention to detail to every interaction and deliverable.
Reporting into Marketing leadership, this person will help drive the continued evolution of the Executive Bridge program by improving processes, increasing visibility, and creating a more scalable operating model for executive engagement.
What you'll do
Own the strategy, planning, and execution of Socure’s Executive Bridge program.
Partner closely with executive stakeholders to understand priorities, anticipate needs, and ensure strong follow-through across initiatives.
Drive cross-functional coordination across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Product, and other internal teams to support executive engagement efforts.
Prepare high-quality executive communications, briefing materials, meeting agendas, follow-up notes, and program updates.
Ensure all executive-facing deliverables are polished, accurate, timely, and aligned to leadership priorities.
Support planning and execution for executive and customer-facing events, including logistics, communications, stakeholder coordination, and post-event follow-up.
Help create thoughtful, high-quality experiences for executive meetings, customer engagements, and strategic events.
Lead program planning with strong attention to timelines, dependencies, logistics, and stakeholder management.
Identify opportunities to refine workflows, improve operating rhythms, and strengthen program consistency and scale over time.
Anticipate risks, identify gaps, and proactively solve for issues before they impact execution.
