Role

We are looking for a Principal Solution Architect/Principal Solutions Specialist to join our Sales and Go-to-Market department in Tokyo (Hybrid), reporting to the Director, Field Specialists – Cloud. You will join a global team of professionals passionate about delighting customers and driving a secure, cloud-enabled digital future. This role allows you to directly impact sales and the product roadmap for the Zero Trust Networking portfolio while demonstrating the power of Zscaler cloud transformation.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

  • Serve as the Zero Trust Networking expert for AWS, Azure, and GCP environments

  • Partner with sales and engineering teams to shape the product roadmap using technical insights

  • Lead strategic customer conversations regarding Zero Trust Networking strategies and deployments

  • Support Proof-of-Value engagements alongside Solution Engineers to position Zscaler as the premier solution against competitors
