EIC Valuation & Strategic Advisory Intern

Job Description Summary

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Intern to join our Valuation & Strategic Advisory team in Gothenburg. The intern will support senior valuers and analysts in the preparation of real estate valuations, market research and advisory projects across various property sectors. This role offers hands-on exposure to professional valuation work in a leading global real estate advisory firm and is well suited for 4th and 5th year students with a strong interest in commercial real estate, finance and analytics.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

· Support the Valuation & Strategic Advisory team in the preparation of real estate valuation assignments

· Assist with data collection, market research and comparable evidence analysis

· Support senior team members in building financial models and valuation calculations (under supervision)

· Assist in preparing valuation reports, presentations and internal documentation

· Help maintain and update internal databases, valuation tools and market data

· Support property inspections and site visits where required

· Contribute to general analytical and administrative tasks within the V&SA team

Responsibilities will scale with experience and capability over the course of the internship.

Skills & Qualifications

· Currently in 4th/5th year of or recently graduated from a relevant degree (e.g. Real Estate Finance)

· Strong analytical and numerical skills

· Interest in real estate markets, valuation and advisory services

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial modelling is an advantage

· Strong attention to detail and structured working style

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

· Fluent Swedish, good written and verbal communication skills in English

· Knowledge of Swedish real estate market is an advantage but not required
